Companies and the co-chairman and CEO
of Central Station Development Corporation.
He is a nationally known expert in mixed
use projects, having developed thousands
of rental apartments, shopping centers,
industrial parks, office buildings, themed
communities, houses and condominiums.
He is also co-chairman of the Board of
Advisors of the Chicago School of Real
Estate and is active in numerous civic
